Properties:

It helps ease the process of going through menopause. It favors getting a restful sleep. Tonic, hypotensive, detoxifying, vitaminizing, mineralizing, sedative, diuretic and antispasmodic action.
Ingredients:
Integral extract, 100% natural from the following plants: Hop cones (Humulus lupulus), Horsetail (Leonurus cardiaca), Thyme (Thymus serpyllum), Hawthorn flowers and leaves (Crataegus monogyna), Lime flowers (Tilia cordata), Elderberry flowers (Sambucus nigra), Coriander fruits (Coriandrum sativum), Calendula flowers (Calendula officinalis), Gentian roots (Gentiana asclepiadea), Mint leaves (Mentha piperita), Sorrel (Origanum vulgare), Poppy seeds ( Rosa canina), Chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla), Buckthorn fruits (Hippophae rhamnoides), St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), maltodextrin.
Mode of use:
For adults, the recommended dose is 6 capsules per day, 2 capsules each, 3 times a day, after each main meal. For children over 13 years of age, the recommended dose is 3 capsules per day, 1 capsule after each main meal. The recommended course is 2 months with a 2-week break, after which it can be resumed.
