Description
Food supplement containing magnesium, vitamin B6 with bisglycinate and vitamins B12 and B1.
Each tablet contains:
- Magnesium - elemental (oxide, bisglycinate).....200 mg
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)...........5 mg
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).................15 μg
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate)................5 mg
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue, to the proper functioning of the psyche, to the proper functioning of the nervous system, to the correct metabolism important for energy production and to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen. Mode of use
Recommended dose: adults - 1-2 tablets per day with food or consultation with the doctor is recommended.
Attention : The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Minimum validity period until the date indicated on the packaging. Keep at a temperature of 15-25 °C, out of the reach of small children.
