It offers more control over unwanted warm tones and with neutral coloring results. Technology: Quadramine® Complex - patented mix of proteins present in all JOICO coloring products Trans-Cuticle Delivery System (TCD) - Contains lecithin that softens the cuticle and reduces surface tension, thus naturally opening the pores during action.
