Ingredients :
Chamomile flowers (Matricariae flos) that come from the species Matricaria recutita L., fam. Asteraceae containing mucilages, flavonoids and volatile oil rich in chamazulene and α-bisabolol.

Administration method:
Internal use: drink 2-3 cups of tea a day.
External use: compresses, gargle, local baths.

Preparation:
Internal use: pour 250 ml of boiling water over a sachet and leave covered for 10-15 minutes.
External use: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 2-4 sachets and leave covered for 10-15 minutes.

Contraindications:
Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to this plant.
At the recommended doses, there are no known contraindications.
