Cinnamon essential oil is a strong oil and has a warm and intense aroma, very useful for people who feel tired or weak. It stimulates both the mind and the body and is effective in treating stress-related problems.

Composition:
Oil obtained by steam distillation from the leaves of the cinnamon tree. Known and used since ancient times as a plant with curative food and cosmetic properties, cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) is still widely used in folk medicine today. Contains calcium, chromium, copper, iodine, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, vitamin A, B1, B2 and C, essential for maintaining health.

Way of ussage:
External use: aromatic baths (5-7 drops per bath), massage (5 drops per 10 ml base oil), aromatherapy (2-3 drops in the aromatherapy lamp). It is recommended to test the sensitivity beforehand on a small portion of the skin. Internal use: only with the approval of the specialist consultant.
