Gluten-free lasagne sheet pasta - ready to bake and egg-free.
Method of preparation:
The lasagna sheets are ready to prepare, they do not require precooking.
Prepare a base with tomato juice and meat (or use a ready-made gluten-free base) and a very runny bechamel sauce.
Pour a little tomato sauce into the pan, arrange the layers of dry lasagna sheets, pouring tomato juice with meat and bechamel over each layer.
Make 5 layers, and on top of the last layer put a lot of grated cheese and a little butter.
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Leave aside for 10 minutes before consuming.
