The major advantage of this cot is the fact that the special hardware allows one side to be detached, without the cot having any risk of falling apart or losing its safety. By detaching one of the sides, you can use the Paula crib as an extension of your bed, thus conveying a sense of tranquility to the baby, feeling much closer to him.
Being a cot made of solid wood, Paula offers increased resistance to shocks or blows, offering durability and safety throughout the cot's use.

For a good adaptation to the needs of babies and parents, the mattress can be adjusted in 3 different positions, depending on the age of the child.
Position 1 is recommended for newborns and can be used up to the age of 5-6 months, until the little one sits up.
Height of mattress support position 1 (measured from the ground, without mattress): 49 cm
Position 2 is used from the moment the child sits up until he starts to stand up. The rounded shapes of the balusters provide an easy, safe grip and help the child to start standing up.
Height of mattress support position 2 (measured from the ground, without mattress): 36 cm
Position 3 offers increased safety to children who have started to stand up.
