Preparation and doses

1 infusion bag is filled with 0.25 l of boiling water and left to infuse for 10 minutes in a covered container. The tea is drunk twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use. To get the desired effect, it is necessary to take the tea for at least 10-14 days.
