Ingredients/Composition:
Aerial parts and flowers of Achillea millefolium 100%.
Benefits/Effects*:

Way of ussage:
Internal use : 2 - 3 cups per day.
External use : local baths and compresses with concentrated infusion.
Method of preparation:
Internal use: infusion of 1 - 2 teaspoons of the plant in a cup of boiling water, leave covered for 5 - 7 minutes.
External use : infusion of 2 teaspoons per cup of water and for rectal discomfort, concentrated infusion of 30 - 50 g of flowers per 1 liter of water. Leave covered for 10 minutes.
