What we have is an amazing, crispy wafer with a special fusion of tasty crusts made from alac flour, sunflower seed paste, coconut butter and cane sugar.
Simple napolitanas were a starting point among the modest culinary pleasures of our childhood. We decided to return to this old-school classic, eliminating any compromises with the ingredients. I chose a combination of alac flour, coconut butter and sunflower seed paste. I sweetened them with raw cane sugar. And he sat down.
