How to use: 

• Adults and children over 15 years: 2 tablets 3-4 times daily
• Children 5 to 15 years: 1 tablet 3 times daily
• The tablets should be swallowed with water or crushed in the mouth (the absorption of the bioactive substances is much faster)
• If swallowing is difficult, the tablets can be broken in half.
