Eco chickpeas are rich in protein, mineral salts (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron) and the B vitamin complex. Having a high protein concentration (24%), to which a consistent percentage of carbohydrates is added and fats. Eco chickpeas have a special nutritional value, largely replacing meat proteins. May contain traces of gluten.
