Herbs Hypothyroidism 450g Zielarnia Suwałska
Mixture for use in hypothyroidism. Developed for the so-called goiter, but examples of use indicate that it also works for Hashimoto's disease due to its general regulating properties.
Ingredients in equal proportions:
English oak bark – Quercus robur
Mountain ash fruits - Sorbus aucuparia
Valerian rhizome – Valeriana officinalis
Licorice smooth root – Glycyrrhiza glabra
Walnut leaf – Juglans regia
Common nettle leaf – Urtica dioica
Icelandic lungwort – Cetraria islandica
Troscot – Polygonum aviculare
Wild rose fruits – Rosa canina
How to use: Pour a spoonful with a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for min. 30 minutes.
Drink a glass of infusion 3 times a day.
