Recommended dose: mix one portion (= 75 g) in 450 ml of water. Sip in portions within 20-30 minutes after finishing physical performance.

Use:

Measure the recommended dose with the attached measuring cup (1 measuring cup = 30 g) and mix properly in water. The dilution ratio is 75 g to 450 ml of water. Then drink the contents with another 200 ml of water. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 2 months. Undissolved particles may be visible in the drink after mixing.
