Description
Oral solution for maintaining the health of the urinary tract in cats Feluro Cat, 60 ml, Virbac
Properties:
- protects the mucous membrane of the urinary tract;
- supports cellular health in the urinary tract in case of oxidative stress;
- helps to maintain urine sterility;
- helps to calm reactions to stress factors in the environment;
- can be given to cats with urinary tract sensitivity or cats that have had episodes of cystitis (idiopathic or bacterial) to help maintain urinary tract health.
Mode of administration:
Mixed with food or applied directly in the mouth.
Dose of 1 ml twice a day, regardless of the weight of the animal.
Contraindications:
Allergies: Feluro should not be administered to animals allergic to any of the substances included in its composition and to animals allergic to fish and seafood (due to N-acetyl-D-glucosamine extracted from shrimp and shells which may contain traces of seafood and fish due to place of production).
Lower Blood Pressure: Hibiscus has been shown to lower blood pressure in animals and humans with high blood pressure.
Since no study has been performed in hypotensive cats, it is recommended not to administer Feluro to animals with low blood pressure or concomitantly with hypotensive drugs (amlodipine, AECI ...).
