Description
OstroVit ® Stabilolactic is a food supplement containing microgranulated β-galactosidase (Tolerase ® L-lactase), which provides the body with 4500 FCC of the compound . The preparation is available as easy-to-swallow tablets to be taken with a meal containing lactose as a supplement to the adult diet.
How does lactase work?
Lactase is an enzyme responsible for digesting the lactose found in milk. In humans, it forms naturally in the epithelium of the small intestine. This compound breaks down milk sugar (lactose) into two simple sugar molecules - glucose and galactose.
The OstroVit ® food supplement package contains 100 tablets that will last over 3 months.
