Wormwood - Artemisia absinthium L. - also commonly called wormwood, dogwood, absinthe, vermouth or wormwood, is a plant in the Asteraceae family with a wide range of uses in herbal medicine. Used for centuries in folk medicine, it is slowly coming back into favor. It is a natural product that is excellent for treating digestive system problems and female ailments. However, it should be remembered that wormwood cannot be used for too long and the allowed daily intake must always be respected.
Wormwood is recommended as a drinking infusion.
Proportion of use: pour 1 teaspoon with a glass of boiling water, infuse covered for 5-10 minutes, strain. Drink the infusion once a day
