Description
Nutritional supplement. Drops containing vegetable melatonin, 40 ml bottle. Aroma of forest fruits. Composition in 1 ml (15 drops) melatonin 1 mg. It does not contain alcohol or added dyes.
- Melatonin helps to reduce subjective feelings of fatigue after a long flight to another time zone (jet lag). (A beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg just before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the following days after arrival at the destination.)
- Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. (A beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.)
