Description
PHGG prebiotic dietary fiber, 150 g, Zenyth
Properties:
- dietary supplement in powder form, with partially hydrolyzed guar gum;
- partially hydrolyzed guar gum (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum - PHGG) is a food fiber, soluble in water, tasteless, stable at low pH, resistant to heat, derived from the endosperm of the seeds of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L;
- PHGG belongs to the category of prebiotic dietary fibers, having a confirmed effect in reducing gastrointestinal discomfort and maintaining the health of the intestinal flora, by increasing the concentrations of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli species;
- regulates intestinal transit and fights constipation;
- fights occasional diarrhea;
- reduces gastrointestinal discomfort (gas, abdominal pain, bloating);
- contributes to the balance of the intestinal flora through the prebiotic effect;
- helps maintain cholesterol and blood sugar within normal limits;
- gives the feeling of satiety, being helpful in weight loss.
Way of ussage:
The daily dose is 2.5-5 grams of the product (1-2 measuring spoons) 1-2 times a day.
The maximum dose is 20 grams of product per day.
PHGG (partially hydrolyzed guar gum) is consumed mixed with 100-150 ml of water, on an empty stomach.
PHGG is a very versatile ingredient, the powder dissolves quickly and can be added to shakes or smoothies without changing their taste, aroma or texture.
It is important to start with a smaller amount (1/2-1 measuring spoon), then after a few days or after the disappearance of any side effects gradually increase the amount until you reach the full dose.

People with serious medical conditions or who have undergone recent surgery should seek specialist advice before using this product.
In chronic diseases, it is recommended to consume the product 2 hours after or 2 hours before taking the medication.
