How to prepare:

• Wash your hands and use clean utensils
• Clean the top of the box
• The required number of measures are placed in the vessel and water is added
• Protifar should be mixed with enough cold water to form a paste before mixing with food or drink
• The box contains a teaspoon
• One measure contains approximately 2.2 g of Protifar (2.2 g of protein).
