Psyllium is a plant from which only the seed coat is consumed, due to the richness of soluble and insoluble dietary fibers, mucilage and oils that it contains. They have a purifying, emollient and calming effect, also constituting a dressing of the intestinal mucosa. It stimulates and normalizes intestinal transit and slows the absorption of sugar into the blood.
Ingredients: psyllium bran.
