Bio rose water is obtained by gentle steam distillation from the buds of the rare Damask rose, which grows in the heart of the Bulgarian mountains. The collection of petals begins already in the early hours of the morning, when the greatest amount of essential oils are formed in the flowers of plants, which serve as protection against low temperatures. Collected flowers are transported immediately for processing, while 1 kg of flowers is consumed for 1 liter of flower water. Only thanks to the short transport, which lasts a maximum of 45 minutes, the flowers retain their natural freshness and delicate fragrance. Processing traditionally takes place by double steam distillation. During production, the precious rose oil is not separated, but remains inside. For this reason, Bio Rose Water retains its valuable properties and acquires a high quality.
