"Baby Bath Calendula Lotion and Shampoo" is suitable for babies and children of all ages, including those with hypersensitive skin, atopic dermatitis or milk crust. It was created in collaboration with pediatricians and dermatologists who gave it a high dermatological tolerance.

Ingredients:
- Gentle sweet almond oil to protect delicate skin from external irritations while keeping it soft.
- Sesame seeds (Sesamum Indicum), a tropical plant. The oil of these seeds has a high concentration of unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamin E. Due to its natural orientation to the sun, this protective and warming oil stimulates circulation. It also helps build the skin's natural lipid layer.
- Coco-Glucoside – is a non-ionic surfactant derived from dried coconut pulp and sugar. Removes dirty grease and creates a light lather. Cocoyl Disodium Glutamate is derived from coconut oil and fermented sugar. It is a mild cleaning agent with excellent foaming and cleaning properties. It is environmentally friendly and well tolerated by sensitive and allergic skin types.
- Natural lactic acid - this substance is created after the division of carbohydrates, through the fermentation process of sour milk. As a result, it is different from Lactose found in milk. Lactic acid is a key component of the hydro-lipid film that balances the skin's natural moisture levels. It improves and balances the skin's moisture, nourishes fine and dry skin and prevents the formation of wrinkles. It does not pose a risk to people with lactose intolerance, as it does not contain milk proteins.
- Sugar beet alcohol - is derived by fermentation of starch, sugar, carbohydrates and others. It can be used to extract and preserve plant components. Weleda uses alcohol from organic grains grown in Italy. The alcohol is heated and distilled which destroys the gluten. So our alcohol is gluten free.
- Glycerin – obtained from vegetable oil. It gives the product consistency and shine and regulates the absorption and secretion of water in the skin.
- Chondrus Crispus – known as Irish Moss, is a species of red seaweed that grows on the rocky Atlantic coasts of North America and Europe. It contains several mineral nutrients and serves as a thickening agent as well as a skin conditioner. It can be used to treat inflamed tissues.
- Xanthan Gum - This by-product fermented by the microorganism, Xanthomonas campestris, produces a fibrous gel similar to cellulose. It is very stable under a wide range of temperatures and pH levels. This gumming agent serves as a stabilizer and emulsifier, as well as a foam enhancer and thickener.
- Water (Aqua) acts as a solvent in the preparation of extracts.
- Calendula officinalis - marigold flower extract. This annual plant from the Asteraceae, sunflower family is native to central, eastern and southern Europe. It consists of unique, yellow to bright orange colored flowers that reflect the strength and warmth of the sun. Calendula plants contain carotenoids, flavonoids and essential oils and have powerful healing and anti-inflammatory properties.
- Perfumes with Benzoin glue (Siam) (Perfume) denotes the presence of natural essential oils. Natural essential oils are health-boosting and life-preserving ingredients. Essential oils have been used for centuries for mummification and wound healing processes, due to their ability to "preserve" the various plants from which these oils are derived. Natural essential oils, compared to synthetic compositions, enhance our well-being, both mentally, spiritually and physically. Essential oils stimulate the mind and body, awakening our senses and stimulating parts of our brain that control emotions and also balance hormones. Physically, essential oils stimulate the circulation and metabolic functions of the skin and its tissues. Moreover, almost all essential oils have fungicidal and bactericidal properties, purifying and stimulating skin health.
- Limonene Fragrance (Perfume) from natural essential oils. Limonene is a natural component of essential oils, derived from lemon oil, orange oil, grapefruit oil, bergamot oil, fennel oil and lavender oil.
- Linalool derived from natural essential oils. Contrary to synthetic linalool, natural linalool has an excellent tolerance, also for people sensitive to perfumes.
- Combination of natural essential oils, including essential oils of lavender, rosemary, vanilla and chamomile, which act as a perfume and have a preservative effect.
