Castor oil is a yellowish liquid extracted from castor seeds.
HOW IT WORKS
Used internally, castor oil is a powerful laxative, particularly effective in treating constipation. Castor oil is also effective against intestinal parasites. Castor oil used regularly on hair roots and scalp is useful for: hair growth; thickening of hair that begins to thin; preventing hair damage; treating dry hair; shine and hydration of hair and scalp; prevention of scalp drying; preventing split ends. Castor oil is an effective and handy solution for eczema, superficial wounds or dry skin.
WHY WE RECOMMEND
In internal use, for constipation, intestinal parasites. In external use, for hair or skin care.
HOW IT IS CONSUMED
To treat constipation, it is recommended to take a teaspoon of oil every morning. It can be consumed with orange juice for a better taste. It is advisable not to keep this cure for more than 3 days. For the treatment of intestinal parasites, castor oil should be administered in parallel with pumpkin seeds. Thus, in the morning, take 10-20 g of pumpkin seeds on an empty stomach, then take one or two spoons of castor oil. The cure must be followed for seven days. To treat skin conditions, it is recommended to anoint the affected areas with castor oil, which is removed in the morning with soap and warm water. For hair care, the oil is applied to the scalp and hair, left to act, and then shampooed. Castor oil can be used alone or with other ingredients to make hair masks
