The Assassins were developed with the special needs of athletes in mind and, unlike other brands' sleeves, are more than just a classic knee pad. We've fine-tuned the Assassins Sleeves based on hands-on experience and feedback from RockTape customers and professional athletes Ashley Horner, Marcus Filly and Neal Maddox to ensure the knee support provided is truly unmatched.

The result is a pair of knee sleeves suitable for even the most demanding training sessions , weightlifting events and obstacle courses, but also suitable for weekend training.

Designed for performance

Because they are taller than regular leg warmers and carefully crafted into a unique organic design, Assassins provide knee support while stretching the thigh muscle (called the VMO – vastus medialis oblique) at its insertions just above the kneecap. This helps provide more stability and control of the knee and can also reduce potential knee pain, especially during squats.

The taller design also keeps the sleeve in place and prevents excessive shifting and shifting during training (a common problem with regular sleeves).

Choosing the right size

Assassins are available in two robustness (thickness) options :

• 5 mm for the middle support
• 7 mm for maximum support

Measure the circumference of the knee at the center of the kneecap. Assassins are very firm/stiff at first and usually stretch out after a few uses. If you need a larger size, we recommend ordering a size larger than you think.
