Red reishi extract from whole fruiting bodies
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a species of mushroom in the Lobaceae family used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Rich in germanium, manganese, zinc, copper, iron, polysaccharides, amino acids, phytospheres.
Ingredients: Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract standardized >30% polysaccharides.
How to use: before breakfast or another meal, 1-2 flat spoons (in the package) of the extract (approx. 600-1200 mg), preferably added to vegetable or fruit juice rich in vitamin C (e.g. sea buckthorn , shock).
Note: Do not combine with dairy products. Do not pour boiling water over it
Recommendation: combine with products rich in vitamin C, which supports the absorption of the ingredients in the extract.
