Description
Haritaki is recommended for supporting the body's natural defense - the immune system, and for maintaining normal digestion, absorption, excretion and liver functions. Beneficial effects on the nervous system, senses, mind and in reducing stress have been observed. Haritaki acts as an antioxidant, supports reproductive functions, maintains skin health and contributes to the maintenance of normal functions of the cardiovascular, respiratory and urinary systems. It has an effect on glucose metabolism and blood cholesterol levels.
Traditional use
Adults 1-2 capsules 2x a day, children from 3 years 1 capsule 1x a day. We use 20 min. before eating.
Capsule for capsules
HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of vegetable origin, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Warning
It does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children under three years, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in the dark and dry. Keep in a safe place, out of the reach of children.
