Adults and adolescents over 15 years of age:
Administer 1-2 tablets as needed. If necessary, up to 3 doses can be administered within a 24-hour period.
Sindolor should be taken orally with an adequate amount of water. Side effects can be minimized by using the lowest effective dose for the shortest period necessary to control symptoms.
As with other analgesics that can be obtained without a medical prescription, Sindolor should not be used for more than 7 days. If symptoms persist or worsen, contact your doctor.

Do not use Sindolor:

Pregnancy, fertility and breast-feeding:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Task:
Since there is a lack of conclusive data regarding the administration of the combination of paracetamol and propyphenazone in pregnant women, it is recommended that Sindolor not be used during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester and in the last 6 weeks of pregnancy (the second mention was made due to the risk of inhibiting prostaglandin biosynthesis and, therefore, influencing labor).
Breastfeeding:
Since the active substances in the composition of this medicine are excreted in breast milk, and due to the immaturity of the enzyme systems of the newborn, Sindolor should not be used by nursing mothers.
Driving and using machines:
Sindolor does not affect the ability to drive or use machines
