Solpadeine, 12 effervescent tablets, Omega Pharma

Solpadeine effervescent tablets are recommended for relieving rheumatic pain, sciatica and lumbago pain.

It is also recommended for relieving headaches, migraines, menstrual pain, dislocation pain, toothache, neuralgia, sinusitis, sore throat, cold and flu symptoms, and reducing fever.

Contraindications:

• Do not use this medicine together with other products containing paracetamol.
• Do not use this medicine if you suffer from bronchial asthma or after asthma attacks or if you are hypersensitive to paracetamol, codeine, caffeine or any of the product's excipients.
• The product is contraindicated in case of hepatocellular insufficiency, respiratory insufficiency.

Administration:

The effervescent tablets will dissolve in water before administration.

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 effervescent tablets Solpadeine effervescent tablets 4 times a day if necessary.

• Do not take more than 4 hours apart and do not exceed 4 doses (8 effervescent tablets) in 24 hours.
• Do not administer to children under 12 years of age.
• If symptoms persist, see your doctor.
• Do not exceed recommended doses. If you have exceeded the recommended dose, seek medical advice even if you do not feel ill.

Composition:

One effervescent tablet contains paracetamol 500mg, codeine phosphate hemihydrate 8mg, caffeine anhydrous 30mg and excipients: sodium bicarbonate, sorbitol powder, sodium saccharin, sodium lauryl sulfate, anhydrous citric acid, anhydrous sodium carbonate, povidone, dimethicone, purified water.

Precautions:

Before using Solpadeine effervescent tablets, ask your doctor:

• if you suffer from severe kidney or liver disease,
• if you are pregnant or breastfeeding,
• if you are being treated for depression or breathing problems,
• if you are taking a doctor-recommended treatment for nausea, vomiting, hypercholesterolemia.

Contains 427 mg of sodium. Do not use this medicine if you are on a low-sodium diet.
