Description
Roma spiral pasta, 350 g, Orgran
Spirale or "Fusilli" comes from the word "Fuso" (Spindle).
Traditionally they are spun by pressing and twisting a small rod over thin strips of dough to create the well-known spiral pasta shape.
Spirals can be used in many recipes and are a good choice for sauce recipes or pasta salads.
Suitable for vegetarians, lacto vegetarians, lacto-ovo vegetarians, vegans, celiacs

Method of preparation:
1. For 350g of pasta, boil 5 liters of water (add salt to taste).
2. Add the pasta, and return to the boil. Stir gently and continue to cook for 9-11 minutes until desired texture is reached.
3. Drain the pasta and serve with your favorite sauce.
