Properties:

1. Valerian supports mental health (induces calm in case of irritability, reduces tension and stress), helps maintain cognitive functions, contributes to mental well-being (supports normal relaxation), helps maintain a natural sleep.
2. Hops contain humulone and lupulone, active ingredients that support the normal functioning of the central nervous system, having a calming effect in case of nervous excitability and helping to maintain the duration and quality of sleep.

Ingredients:

• Each capsule contains:
• Valerian extract 100 mg
• Hop extract 25 mg
• Bulking agent: corn starch; dry extract of Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis); capsule: gelatin, dyes/orange yellow, quinoline yellow, erythrosine; dry extract from Hop cones (Humulus lupulus); anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; emulsifier: magnesium stearate.

Way of ussage:
if needed, 2-3 capsules, in the evening before going to bed.

Precautions:

1. Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
2. Contraindicated for children under 14, pregnant or lactating women, as well as in case of estrogen-dependent breast cancer. May interact with barbiturates, benzodiazepines, sedative antidepressants when used concurrently. It can affect the reflexes of drivers or people who handle uses. Yellow orange and quinoline yellow dyes can negatively affect children's activity and attention.
3. Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
