Properties:
It helps to maintain a normal body weight.
Senna leaves contain anthraquinone glycosides that have the ability to increase the peristalsis of the large intestine, having a laxative effect. Sulfine, mint and lavender contain active principles with diuretic and sudorific action. Polyholosides and volatile oil in chamomile provide anti-toxic properties. Due to their composition, shock flowers exert a purifying effect by:
- increasing the secretory activity of the sweat glands;
- stimulation of diuresis by acting on the renal epithelium;
- favoring the evacuation of intestinal contents.
Through its complex formula, the tea has a diuretic, laxative, sudorific and depurative action.
Ingredients:
Senna leaves, chamomile flowers, shock flowers, sulfina, lavender flowers, mint.
Recommendations:
Diet.
Contraindications:
Diarrhea, dehydration, children under 12, hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Not indicated for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
Side effects and interactions:
The recommended doses are not known.
Method of preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herbal mixture and leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Administration method:
Drink 1-2 cups of tea a day, morning and evening, not associated with food, unsweetened.
The duration of a typical cure is 6-8 weeks, then a month break.
