Way of ussage:
1. Apply one strip to the upper dental arch and one strip to the lower dental arch and press down to ensure good contact with the teeth
2. Leave the strips on your teeth for 10 minutes
3. Then remove the strips from your teeth and rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining gel
