Vera Nord Essential Oil for Smokers, 10 ml

Fragrance: citrus, fresh, herbal.

How to use:

BATH – fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils, mixing thoroughly (6-12 drops of oil are used for one bath).

MASSAGE – Add the selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. Pour approximately 50 ml of the base oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil, and mix.
Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
For one teaspoon (5ml) of base oil, usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are added.

DIFFUSION – fill the water container in the aroma burner with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.

SAUNA – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.

Composition / INCI: ocimum basilicum, citrus limon, eucalyptus globulus, mentha piperita, limonene, citral, linalool.
