Perfect for aromatherapy, massage, baths, and as an addition to skincare creams and lotions. Recommended for colds, coughs, sore throats, and for the care of problematic skin.

Use

Bath: Add 6-12 drops of oil to a bathtub of warm water and mix thoroughly.

Massage: Mix 10-25 drops of oil with 50 ml of carrier oil. Store in a dark, cool place and shake well before use.

Diffusing: For an aroma burner or diffuser, add 3-6 drops of oil to the water.

Sauna: add 5 drops of oil to 1 liter of water and use according to the sauna procedure.

Comments

Do not use in pregnant women and children without consulting a doctor.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not apply undiluted oil directly to the skin, with the exception of tea tree and lavender oil.

Avoid use if allergic to any of the ingredients.

After using citrus oils, avoid exposure to sunlight and UV lamps.
