Vitamin E helps protect cells against free radicals.

Ingredients: filler: microcrystalline cellulose; DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E); filler: crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose salt; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Amounts of ingredients:

1 tablet contains: vitamin B12 100mcg (4000%)*, folic acid 400mcg (200%)*, vitamin B6 3mg (214%)*, vitamin E 10mg (83%)*.

Recommended dose:

1 tablet per day.
