Description
Vitamin C 500 mg + Vitamin D3 500 IU with cherry flavor, 75 chewable tablets, Jamieson
Properties:
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of blood vessels, the bone system, ligaments, gums, skin and teeth, to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems, to normal energy metabolism, to protecting cells against oxidative stress, maintaining mental health and reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
Vitamin D has an important role in the absorption and normal use of calcium and phosphorus and in maintaining the health of the bone system and teeth.
Administration method:
Adults: 1 - 2 chewable tablets per day.
Vitamin C in excess can have a laxative effect.
