What is vitamin B12-SF used for?

- in the case of oral treatment of pernicious anemia (a specific type of anemia),
- in the case of symptoms related to the nervous system, after obtaining the correct level of vitamin B12 in the blood with injections.
Most people get enough vitamin B12 from their diet, but if you've had stomach surgery, suffer from certain gastrointestinal disorders, follow a strict diet, or take certain medications, your body may not get enough vitamin B12. In such a case, it may be necessary to supplement the vitamin deficiency by administering medication.
