How to use the VoltaTherm heating patch?

• Open the patch package just before use
• Remove the heating patch from the package (No need to shake the patch)
• Remove the back of the patch
• Then apply the heating patch with the sticky side to the painful area (back or neck)
• Apply the patch to clean, dry skin
• Press firmly to ensure the patch is properly adhered. (The heating patch will start to heat up a few minutes after opening. When you take it out, slowly remove the heating patch from one corner)

Do not leave the heating patch on the skin for more than 8 hours during the day (24 hours). Do not use more than one heating patch per day on the same part of the body. The heating patch is intended for external use. If your pain gets worse or does not improve after seven days, stop using the patch and contact your doctor.

When should you not use the VoltaTherm heating patch?

• Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to a heating patch in the past
• Do not use on damaged skin or sensitive skin areas
• Do not use on children under 12 years of age or people who cannot remove the heating patch by themselves.
• Do not use on bruises or swelling within 48 hours of injury
