Description
Xedine HA is a medicine in the form of a convenient nasal spray, intended for use by children from 12 years of age and adults. The indication for use of the preparation is the symptomatic treatment of nasal congestion caused by rhinitis or sinusitis.
The medicine Xedine HA contains the active substance: xylometazoline hydrochloride with the addition of hyaluronic acid and sea water, thanks to which it has a triple action: it heals, hydrates and cleans the nasal mucosa. Xylometazoline hydrochloride helps to constrict the blood vessels in the nose, thus reducing the swelling of the nasal mucosa and the amount of secretions, making breathing easier. Hyaluronic acid protects and hydrates the nasal mucosa. The effect of using the nasal spray lasts up to 10 hours.
Xedine HA is a colorless, sterile, preservative-free solution. The plastic bottle contains a dosing pump with a nasal applicator and a protective cap. Its use is safe and does not cause drying of the nasal mucosa.
