SAFRAN SUPPLEMENTATION WITH MELATONIN

The preparation combines the relaxing properties of saffron with melatonin, also known as the sleep hormone. Saffron supports relaxation as well as emotional balance and mood. Melatonin regulates the circadian rhythm of sleep and wakefulness, and its higher amount in the body has a sleep-inducing effect.

WHAT IS MELATONIN?

Melatonin is a neurohormone produced at night by the pineal gland in the brain. It prepares the body for sleep, which is why it is sometimes called the sleep hormone. Therefore, melatonin supplementation is often used to aid sleep and alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag, the so-called jet lag. Melatonin not only helps us fall asleep, it also affects the quality and duration of sleep.

SUPPLEMENT WITH SAFRAN FOR CALMING

Saffron is made from the saffron crocus, a purple flower that blooms in the fall and can grow almost anywhere in the world. However, although these plants are subject to geographical adaptation, their use to obtain saffron requires a lot of caution and preparation. The flowers that contain the spice only bloom for 1-3 weeks a year and must be picked by hand, while 1 gram of saffron consists of up to 150 flowers. The active ingredients of saffron are widely used in preparations that improve emotional balance and mood.

Ingredients: filler: microcrystalline cellulose, saffron stigma extract (Crocus sativus) standardized to contain min. 2% crocin and 1% safranal, melatonin. Capsule ingredients: vegetable (vegetarian) cellulose.

Amounts of ingredients:

Active ingredient 1 capsule

- Saffron stigma extract 30,000 µg

- in crocin (2%) 600 µg

- including safranal (1%) 300 µg

- Melatonin 1 mg

Recommended dose:

1 capsule per day.

Do not exceed the recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day.

Contraindications:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.

Storage conditions:

Store the preparation at a temperature below 25°C in a dry place, out of the reach of small children. Protects against light and moisture.
