Properties:
- it is a food supplement that provides the body with the necessary electrolytes (mineral salts) eliminated after physical effort, through sweating;
- potassium can contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the muscular system, to maintaining normal blood pressure;
- magnesium can contribute to the normal functioning of the muscular system, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion and to the maintenance of electrolyte balance.

Mode of administration:
1 capsule, once or twice a day, before or during exercise.

Ingredients:
Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
