Alce Nero Organic Brown Rice is a variety of rice that comes from certified organic crops, meaning it is grown without the use of pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilizers. Method of preparation:
It can be cooked traditionally (with slightly salted water for 60/65 minutes) or by absorption. The absorption allows you to maintain all the nutritional principles of the rice that would otherwise be dispersed in the cooking water. To cook by absorption, cook one portion of rice in 3 equal portions of water (eg 100g of rice in 3 liters of lightly salted water).
