Fiber is important for helping with bowel movements, which is good for people who are constipated, and I buy other products here for the same problem. I would say that the prices are unbeatable, and some of the better-known products cost much less than on other platforms. The only thing is that these fibers never indicate the daily amount of multifibers. I hope you will indicate the daily amounts, because there are no illustrations on the packaging.
