Description
BIO cold-pressed coconut oil, 280 ml, Republica Bio
Properties:
- it is a source of healthy saturated fats and is an ideal substitute for processed oils;
- it contains 10% fewer calories than other vegetable fats, which is why it is also recommended in diets;
- contains polyphenols and natural antioxidants, vitamins A, C and E, vitamin K, Iron and Calcium;
- strengthens the immune system, is easy to digest and helps to assimilate vitamins, minerals and amino acids;
- it contains lauric acid, a fatty acid that has the ability to destroy a series of viruses and bacteria. This acid is also found in breast milk;
