Ingredients:
Hibiscus flowers (Hibisci flos), lemon balm (Melissae herba), linden flowers (Tiliae flos), passionflower (Passiflorae herba), lavender flowers (Lavandulae flos), chamomile flowers (Chamomillae flos), lemon verbena leaves (Lippiae citriodorae folium), ginseng root (Ginseng radix), Rhodiola rosea extract standardized to min. 3% rosavin and salidroside, goji fruit extract (Lycium barbarum) standardized to min. 3% vitamin C.
How to use:
Children: 1-2 cups per day;
Adults: 2-3 cups per day.
Preparation method:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 sachet and leave for 10-15 minutes.
