How to use

How to store

It does not require any special temperature storage conditions. After first opening, do not use for more than 12 months.

4 steps to relieve a stuffy nose:

1) Before use, clean your nose with Stérimar ^{TM seawater solution.}

2) Remove the protective cap from the applicator, hold the spray in your hand and press the bottom of the can several times until an even spray mist is emitted.

3) Place the bottle opening against your nostril and press the bottom of the container. Apply one dose (1 spray) two to three times a day into each nostril.

4) After use, put the protective cover back on.
