Method of preparation and administration:
A spoonful of dry, unground leaves and flowers are placed with a cup (250 ml) of water to macerate from evening to morning. In the morning, the resulting liquor is filtered, and the remaining plant is scalded with another cup of water, it is left to cool for half an hour at room temperature, this infusion is filtered. At the end, the maceration is combined with the infusion. Drink 3 cups of this tea a day on an empty stomach. The tea is drunk sip by sip (some therapists recommend drinking it with a spoon), unsweetened. For a better effect, put a spoonful of Festive Tincture in a cup of tea.

Precautions and contraindications :
The only problems that have been found during its administration are the worsening of prostate inflammation in men who already had problems of this nature. It is an adverse effect that occurs sometimes and is eliminated in a few days, by taking Tincture of Little Flower and Thorn.

Warnings:
Do not use water from the tap for the tea of ​​saffron, but only plain water, or better spring water, which must not be older than 48 hours.
