TVP Textured vegetable protein from peas and beans Bio, 150 g, Pronat

Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) is a food that is gaining increasing popularity among vegans or those looking for alternative sources of plant protein. In general, TVP from soy can be found on the market, but recently the version from peas has also appeared.
Textured pea protein is low in calories.

How to use :
For consumption, 100 g of TVP hydrate in 700 ml of cold water for at least 35 minutes. Drain in a sieve for 5 minutes. It can then be roasted/cooked in a wide variety of ways, just like meat is cooked.
It combines wonderfully with rice or vegetables, but also in any kind of salad.
