Allnature Premium Matcha Tea
The finely ground powder is made from the leaves of the Thea sinensis tea tree. It does not contain preservatives, dyes or additives. Due to the high concentration of the amino acid L-theanine, matcha provides a pleasant energy boost similar to coffee . It can be used alone or as an ingredient in various drinks and dishes (eg ice cream, fruit drinks, lattes, chocolate, etc.)

The benefits of tea
The high concentration of amino acid L-theanine in matcha tea gives its consumers a pleasant energy boost that can replace the effects of coffee and lasts for 3-6 hours. However, drinking tea is incomparably healthier than drinking coffee. It contains a lot of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber. The most interesting substance contained is theophylline, which has similar effects to caffeine.
Dosage
The traditional preparation of matcha tea involves mixing 2 to 3 teaspoons of tea powder with a little hot water (75 °C). When a bright green foam forms, which swells and thickens, add more water (200 ml in total). The recommended daily dose is a maximum of two servings of tea.
Warning
The product is not suitable for children under 4 years of age (children from 4 years of age can consume 1 weaker cup of matcha tea per day). It is a nutritional supplement, not a drug with approved effects. Matcha tea is suitable for pregnant and lactating women only in a limited amount, which is a maximum of 4 g per day. Matcha tea powder may contain allergens - traces of gluten, peanuts, sesame and crustaceans.
